yesterday was a good day
from a chorus of 3 voices
singing hey leonardo, while
driving in the pouring rain, in
the back of a silver pickup truck,
eating capn' crunch- all the way
to playing barbies in your basement,
switching the pot from one dimebag
to another, selling in the underground
garage so we could get our broke
asses $10, hanging out at the station
with the ghetto kids who make me
laugh, and then to the word games
we played at the coffee shop.
